- Added hideInstructionsFile prop to AdapterConfigFieldsProps
- All adapter config-fields now conditionally hide the instructions file
field when hideInstructionsFile is set (used during import since the
AGENTS.md is automatically set as promptTemplate)
- Import adapter config panel now renders ClaudeLocalAdvancedFields
(Chrome, skip permissions, max turns) when claude_local is selected

Add agent instructions file field to Claude and Codex adapter

Fall back to dangerouslyBypassSandbox when the full
dangerouslyBypassApprovalsAndSandbox flag is not set, keeping
the UI toggle in sync with either config key.

Refactor monolithic heartbeat service, AgentConfigForm, and CLI
heartbeat-run into a proper adapter registry pattern. Each adapter
type (process, claude-local, codex-local, http) gets its own module
with server-side execution logic, CLI invocation, and UI config form.
Significantly reduces file sizes and enables adding new adapters
without touching core code.
