- During the project creation you can optionally enter a description
- In the project overview or configuration you can edit the description
- However, you cannot remove the description
- The user should be able to remove the project description because it's
an optional property
- This pull request fixes the frontend bug that prevented the user to

Expose project and execution workspace runtime defaults, control endpoints, startup recovery, and operator UI for start/stop/restart flows.

Previously archiving a project silently navigated to /projects with no
feedback. Now it navigates to /dashboard and shows a success toast for
both archive and unarchive actions.

- Rename "List" tab to "Issues" and reorder: Issues, Overview, Configuration
- Cache the last active tab per project in localStorage
- On revisit, restore the cached tab instead of always defaulting to Issues

The archive mutation lacked user feedback:
- No toast notification on success/failure
- Navigated to /projects instead of /dashboard after archiving
- No error handling if the API call failed
Added success/error toasts using the existing ToastContext, navigate
to /dashboard after archiving (matching user expectations), and error
toast on failure.

On mobile, the sidebar panel toggle was hidden (md:flex only). Add a
mobile-visible SlidersHorizontal button that opens a bottom Sheet drawer
with ProjectProperties, matching the existing pattern from IssueDetail.

When the properties pane was closed on a project page, there was no way
to reopen it. Add the same SlidersHorizontal toggle button used on issue
detail pages.

Rename all workspace packages from @paperclip/* to @paperclipai/* and
the CLI binary from `paperclip` to `paperclipai` in preparation for
npm publishing. Bump CLI version to 0.1.0 and add package metadata
(description, keywords, license, repository, files). Update all
imports, documentation, user-facing messages, and tests accordingly.

- Header now shows colored rounded square + project name only
- Added ColorPicker component: clicking the color square opens a
popover with a 5x2 grid of PROJECT_COLORS to choose from
- Current color is highlighted with a ring indicator

- Add router.param middleware in issues, activity, and agents routes to
resolve identifiers (e.g. PAP-39) to UUIDs before handlers run
- Simplify GET /issues/:id now that param middleware handles resolution
- Include identifier in getAncestors response and issuesForRun query
- Add identifier field to IssueAncestor shared type
Frontend:
- Update all issue navigation links across 15+ files to use
issue.identifier ?? issue.id instead of bare UUIDs
- Add URL redirect in IssueDetail: navigating via UUID automatically
replaces the URL with the human-readable identifier
- Fix childIssues filter to use issue.id (UUID) instead of URL param
so it works correctly with identifier-based URLs
- Add issueUrl() utility in lib/utils.ts

Introduce MarkdownEditor built on @mdxeditor/editor with headings,
lists, links, quotes, image upload with drag-and-drop, and themed CSS
integration. Add asset image upload API (routes, service, storage) and
wire image upload into InlineEditor multiline mode, NewIssueDialog,
NewProjectDialog, GoalDetail, IssueDetail, and ProjectDetail
description fields. Tighten prompt template editor styling.
