dotta	53dbcd185e	fix: align telemetry client payload and dimensions with backend schema ... Restructure the TelemetryClient to send the correct backend envelope format ({app, schemaVersion, installId, events: [{name, occurredAt, dimensions}]}) instead of the old per-event format.
