Forgotten 7d1427aaec Add product documentation 
GOAL.md defines Paperclip as a control plane for AI agent companies.
PRODUCT.md details core concepts: companies, agents with SOUL.md/HEARTBEAT.md,
hierarchical task management, and agent execution modes.
