Major AgentConfigForm rework with improved adapter configuration fields and layout. Refine sidebar, breadcrumbs, and card/tab components for visual consistency. Clean up page layouts across Activity, Agents, Approvals, Costs, Dashboard, Goals, Inbox, Issues, Org, and Projects pages. Minor heartbeat-run CLI fix.
